Special Measures during COVID-19

During COVID-19 pandemic, the health and wellbeing of our staff and our clients is our priority. We have made a few changes to the way we operate which includes:

 

  1. Our office remains open but will be available for face-to-face meeting by appointments only. We will continue to be contactable via phone and email.

  2. You can provide us documents by email or directly upload them onto our Client Portal.

  3. Signatures for documents may be provided digitally. You can view our instructions here. Alternatively, you may print the document out, sign it, take a photo and send the photo with the signed document back to us.

 

We will accept visitors at our office only in exceptional circumstances and visitors will need to follow the guidelines listed below:

 

  1. Prior to booking in, make a request to visit our office here at least 7 days in advance. We will let you know via email whether your request has been approved and will reach out to you to confirm the appointment booking.

  2. You will need to download the government’s COVIDSafe app at least 14 days prior to your attendance. More information can be obtained here.

  3. If you are feeling unwell, please let us know immediately to reschedule the appointment, at least 24 hours in advance.
