Callum graduated with a Bachelor of Philosophy and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Notre Dame, NSW. After beginning his legal career in general practice, Callum moved into immigration law and has practised exclusively in this area for almost two years. Since then, he has developed experience across a range of immigration matters, from visa applications through to tribunal proceedings, with particular experience in partner and protection visa matters.
Callum has a keen interest in the complexities of Australian immigration law and enjoys keeping up with the legislation and policy that underpin the migration system. As an avid reader, he is committed to continually expanding his knowledge and draws on the experience of the firm’s two Accredited Specialists in Immigration Law to further develop his expertise.
Callum takes a clear and practical approach to his work. He aims to break down complex immigration matters into straightforward, easy-to-explain steps, ensuring his clients understand the requirements of their application and feel comfortable asking questions throughout the process.
Dig Deeper into the Team
Callum can usually be found perusing one of the nearby bookstores during his lunch break, making sure to check his database of books on his phone to ensure he doesn’t accidentally buy a second copy of something waiting to be read on his bedside table.
At home he likes to relax by doing the Bay Walk if the weather permits, or going to the gym if it doesn’t, followed by working away at the backlog of books that have yet to be read or re-reading an old favourite.
