Only for Agape Staff Use

 

  1. Hit “refresh” each time to bring up the Hubspot form. The correct form when you “refresh” should look like the image on the right ->

  2. The “Agape Staff Use” Check-in Form should only be used in this 3 scenarios:

    • VIP guest

    • Visitors who have been checked in before and Hubspot Contact contains their latest details

    • Visitors who are not able to check-in themselves.

  3. You do NOT need to insert details that are already in Hubspot, eg. photo id, address, etc. unless, there are update details.
