Distinguished Talent Visa Granted in One Week Through the Global Talent Visa Program

I made an enquiry to Agape Henry Crux as I was worried about a 457 (de facto) visa cancellation after a relationship breakdown with the primary visa holder. During consultation, lawyers and agents at Agape Henry Crux explained that I could be eligible for the 858 Distinguished Talent visa and advised me about potential pathways to speed up the processing time of the visa application (through the Global Talent program). Initially, I was not sure if I would meet the criteria for the Global Talent program but Agape Henry Crux were fantastic in explaining the process and answering my (many) questions. It seemed too good to be true that I could get this visa, but I decided to give it a shot. I lodged my Expression of Interest to apply for a Distinguished Talent visa under the Global Talent Visa Program on 11th November 2020 and got my invitation to submit an expedited 858 visa application just 11 days later on 22nd November 2020. Agape Henry Crux lodged my 858 visa application on 25 November 2020, I did my medical on 30th November 2020, and then got PR visa approval on 3rd December 2020. The whole process was so fast – I can’t believe I have been approved for a permanent resident visa in under one month!! It is such a relief that I no longer have to worry about the 457 visa cancellation and can continue contributing to the Australian community in my profession as a permanent resident. I am so grateful to AHC Lawyers for guiding me through this process - they were always extremely professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and patient! It has been an amazing journey that changes my future for the better - Thank you to AHC Lawyers!
