Partner Visa PR Direct Grant Despite Schedule 3 Criteria
I am in a relationship with an Australian and applied for an onshore Partner visa to continue my stay in Australia. However, there were significant issues with my application given the fact that I was only holding a Bridging visa C at the time of application.
