AAT Merits Review Win: Offshore Partner Visa (subclass 309/100) Permanent Residency Granted
I had applied for a Partner (subclass 309/100) visa in 2017 with my Australian partner, however it was refused on the basis that insufficient evidence was provided to demonstrate our relationship.
