Facing s48 and PIC4014: How AHC Turned My Unlawful Status into a Visa Grant
My migration history was complicated as I was not aware that my previous partner visa application had been refused. Unfortunately I had become unlawful due to technical issues causing me to miss a couple of deadlines. AHC helped me to regulate my visa status and put me on the correct pathway for PR. Happily I was then able to return to Australia to my loved ones with a new visitor visa and was no longer banned from s48 and PIC 4014. The whole process with the Immigration Department did not quite proceed in our favor because the decision-making process took much longer than expected. However, the visa grant was made possible by AHC, and I would like to thank the whole team at AHC, especially Jason and Anzhi, for their provision of admissible advice, guidance, support, and updates with my visa matter. It was a very stressful time, with lots of hard work. However, with Jason and Anzhi by my side I felt confident and a sense of trust that a positive outcome was possible.
