Visitor (Subclass 600) Visa Finally Approved After Two Appeals
It has been an extremely long road to obtain a visitor visa for my brother to Australia. We started in 2022 and only now, three years later do we get to celebrate and have him come and visit with us. Throughout it all, Agape Henry Crux was with us and never gave up fighting, even after we won at the Tribunal the first time and then the Department refused the same visa again and we had to appeal and go back to the Tribunal for the second time.
