Partner Visa with Schedule 3 and Family Violence Provision Granted
I am grateful to the team at AHC for assisting me throughout my long Partner visa journey. It has not been an easy process, but they guided me along every step of the journey. They first helped me to submit the application, assisting to prepare submissions and help gather evidence to waive the schedule 3 criteria. However, when I experienced family violence, they continued to support me and helped me to understand what would happen to my application. They prepared additional submissions to show that I had experienced family violence and helped me to respond to the Department’s requests for information afterwards. Now I can proudly say that my journey is over and that I have been granted permanent residency thanks to their help and guidance.
