Direct Permanent Residency for Partner Visa Granted Despite Not Living Together

I was referred to Jason by another immigration lawyer. My brother sponsored his partner who resides in China a partner visa but it was refused because the Department was not convinced the relationship was genuine. My brother did not cohabitate with his partner and lacked evidence demonstrating that they meet the 4-aspect required in a partner visa. The Department initiated an interview but my brother suffers from a disability where he has difficulties expressing himself. The process was a difficult one and placed a toll on my parents and myself as we were required to work with Jason's lawyers on collecting the supporting documents. After a long period we gave up and decided not to proceed because it was too much for us. The journey was made more difficult with the commencement of travel bans (inbound and outbound). However Jason called me to encourage me to press through with the application. He provided a discount on the 2nd set of instructions and tasked his lawyers to provide us with a better experience. Eventually against all odds against the normal legal criteria the Department was familiar with, the Partner Visa was approved, directly to the PR. My family is immensely grateful to Jason's relentless dedication to complete the things he has set out to do. I highly recommend anyone who thinks their case has no hope that they first seek Jason's assistance before giving up. Thanks Jason!
