Retirement Visa (subclass 410) Granted Despite Being Unlawful
After a mistake regarding the expiry date of my Retirement visa, I was left without a valid visa to remain in Australia and only realising months after my visa had expired. I was unable to be granted a new Retirement visa as I wouldn’t meet schedule 3 requirements because of the period in which I had been unlawful. I was stressed, worried and not sure of what to do until I spoke to Jason.
