Agape Henry Crux Partner Jason Ling Recognised in 2026 Edition of The Best Lawyers in Australia™
Agape Henry Crux is proud to announce that Jason Ling, the firm's Founder and Principal Lawyer, has been recognised in the 2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in Australia™ for his work in Immigration Law. Since its first publication in 1983, Best Lawyers has become universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence.
Best Lawyers® is widely regarded as the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. Since 1983, it has served as a definitive guide to legal excellence, helping clients identify leading legal talent across jurisdictions and practice areas.
"For more than 40 years, the rigorous methodology of Best Lawyers has ensured the integrity and esteem of our legal recognitions," said Best Lawyers CEO Phillip Greer. "It is with great pleasure that we continue to provide potential clients with the pinnacle measurement of credibility through our Best Lawyers awards as they search for counsel."
Best Lawyers has earned the respect of the profession, the media, and the public as the most reliable and unbiased source of legal referrals. Its first international list was published in 2006, and since then, it has grown to provide lists in more than 75 countries.
Jason’s recognition reflects his deep expertise, client dedication, and longstanding contributions to the immigration law field in Australia. As one of the few Accredited Specialists in Immigration Law in New South Wales, his reputation among peers and clients continues to set a high standard for excellence in legal service.
We extend our warmest congratulations to Jason for this well-earned recognition.
Who is Jason Ling?
Jason Ling is the 41st Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law and the founder and principal of Agape Henry Crux. He started his legal career in 2007 and has now specialised in extremely complex immigration cases. Jason’s practice areas include visa refusal and visa cancellation, ART (previously known as AAT) (General Division), judicial review, detention centre and removals. He only accepts a handful of cases each year, committing to his clients. In his free time, Jason also provides private tuition to other Registered Migration Agents (RMA) and Immigration Lawyers.
What is Best Lawyers?
Best Lawyers is the world’s oldest and most respected lawyer ranking service. Now spanning over 75 countries, it recognises lawyers exclusively through peer nominations and reviews. Only those who receive consistently high feedback and meet strict eligibility criteria are selected. Its listings are published in leading legal and general media worldwide.
Lawyers who are nominated for consideration are voted on by currently recognised Best Lawyers working in the same practice area and located in the same geographic region. Our awards and recognitions are based purely on the feedback we receive from these top lawyers. Those who receive high peer reviews undergo a thorough verification process to ensure they are still currently in private practice. Only then can these top lawyers be recognised by Best Lawyers.
