Condition 8107 Flexible Employment for SC 408 COVID Visa Holders and BVA Holders

Certain visa holders affected by the pandemic are still entitled to condition 8107, a flexible approach to employment. This policy is particularly beneficial for COVID (Subclass 408) visa holders and specific Bridging Visa A (BVA) (Subclass 010) holders.

Subclass 408 COVID Visa holders

These visa holders can change employers or take on multiple jobs, including self-employment, without notifying the Department of any changes. This flexibility is designed to support individuals navigating the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Bridging Visa A (BVA) (Subclass 010) holders

The same flexible employment policy applies to BVA holders with condition 8107, who previously held a COVID (SC408) visa. These individuals have the freedom to adjust their employment without having to notify the Department of their changes of circumstances.
