Who is Jason Ling?
Jason Ling is the 41st Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law and the founder and principal of Agape Henry Crux. He started his legal career in 2007 and has now specialised in extremely complex immigration cases. Jason’s practice areas include visa refusal and visa cancellation, ART (previously known as AAT) (General Division), judicial review, detention centre and removals. He only accepts a handful of cases each year, committing to his clients. In his free time, Jason also provides private tuition to other Registered Migration Agents (RMA) and Immigration Lawyers.
Who is Angela De Silva?
Angela De Silva received her Specialist Accreditation in Immigration Law in 2020. She is also a partner of Agape Henry Crux. Managing the visa populations for these clients goes beyond the procurement of a visa. It requires forethought on the intersections of immigration law with the commercial realities of the client, which is Angela’s specialty. During her almost 7 years with a top 4 professional services firm, Angela mentored and trained graduates through the administration of the graduate program and presented externally to other Immigration Lawyers and Registered Migration Agents. Her strong technical knowledge was leveraged with her assisting in authoring the firm's client newsflashes and responses to the Government via Senate Committee submissions on key immigration issues and proposed legislative changes.
