Jason Ling
Solicitor Director
Accredited Specialist (Immigration Law)
Jason Ling is an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law and the founder and principal of Agape Henry Crux. Having started in Australia as a migrant himself, Jason is not only passionate about Immigration Law but he is addicted to this industry, spending endless hours summarising case laws from 2001 to present.
Being an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law (and only having 90+ in Australia), his clientele includes extremely complex cases, large corporations and other lawyers in the industry etc.
His practice areas include audit & compliance, visa cancellation, AAT (General Division), judicial review, detention centre & removals. His strength becomes prominent in highly complex matters. He only accepts a handful of cases each year to provide his clients with an intimate relationship. The rest of the time, he provides private tuition to other Registered Migration Agents and Immigration Lawyers.

Sarah Lee
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
True to her roots, Sarah being a tenacious person – studied at the University of Technology Sydney and left the heart of Malaysia in 2016 to further her studies and took up a Bachelor of Communications in Digital and Social Media.
She started her digital marketing calling as a copywriter/blogger by producing and managing her own written work at the young age of 15. Her resilience sparked her ideals to climb the corporate ladder as a Digital Marketing Coordinator in a VR tech start-up company based in Sydney, Australia.
Soon she has intensely honed her skills in the tech industry for more than 3 years and has been particularly accustomed to working with WordPress, HubSpot, Google tools and more. Sarah's dedication to expanding her career growth paved the way for her to join the Agape Henry Crux team in June 2022 where she was appointed as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
As a migrant herself, she recognises the clients' desires to have a winning case and her experience has aided her understanding of Australian Immigration Law better. She has devoted her learning to streamlining the firms' varied services in order for clients and employees to have the best experience with Agape Henry Crux.

Sarah enjoys spending time leisurely with her close friends in a café eating good food. But as an introvert, nothing beats a cup of brewed tea and binge-watching the latest Netflix series at home. She also hopes to spend the holidays with her family in Australia in the near future.
Johndell Valdez Leonor
Legal Technologist
After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Johndellfinds himself working on different industries such as being an office and tech support staff on a travel agency and working as a COVID frontliner in a Molecular laboratory, helping medical technologists test COVID samples.
Finding Agape Henry Crux in March 2022, he became the only Data Entry guy of the company and was promoted into being a Legal Technologist 6 months after he was hired by the firm. With expertise in HubSpot CRM, Automation and other technology the firm uses, Johndell seeks to help the lawyers and his teammates with everything he can.
