JD (UniMelb), LLM (Duke Law)

Prathyush Natarajan is a Junior Associate at Agape Henry Crux. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Laws from Duke University School of Law. During his time at Duke, Prathyush completed coursework in U.S. federal litigation, participated in simulated depositions, and strengthened his advocacy and negotiation skills. He also contributed to legal research projects with faculty members and worked with Duke’s university endowment fund during his studies.

As an immigrant himself, Prathyush brings a firsthand understanding of the personal and legal challenges involved in navigating Australia’s immigration system. He began his career at an immigration law firm in New York before relocating to Sydney.

This background informs his clear, considered, and compassionate approach to client advice. Motivated by a desire to use his legal skills to support others, Prathyush finds immigration law deeply meaningful because it offers an opportunity to make a tangible difference in clients’ lives.

Prathyush maintains a strong interest in constitutional law, an area that frequently intersects with migration law through questions of executive power and judicial review. He draws on this broader legal perspective when assisting clients with complex migration matters.
