Subclass 186 ENS Visa Granted Despite Adverse Information Issue

“I write my story to give hope to those affected by unstable migration laws and bad decisions by the department. I went to see Jason at a very bad time where immigration announced removing many occupations from PR list and increasing the English language requirement. The company that sponsored my work visa had to close down because of immigration and employment law problems. I remember meeting Jason for 1st time, he was wearing shorts. after talking to him for a few mins, he pressured me to make a decision to lodge PR and it must be his way only. His fee is very expensive compared to my other migration agent. That day, he talked so fast and made me pay so fast but after paying he locked his lawyers in a small room with himself, preparing everything on the spot while I watch them and he even contacted my sponsor to pressure. Although the journey after that day continued to be difficult and I kept hearing ppl around me getting refused, with more changes to laws and more bad publicity on my sponsor. but tonight I finally got my PR. I finally understand why Jason move so fast and works till so late, cause after a few days he lodged, the PR laws changed. also my 457 visa was subject to cancellation cause till today my sponsor is still fighting their case in court. I am thankful for my sponsor's support and decision to go with Agape because they already had their own lawyers.”
