ART Appeal Remitted for Training (SC407) Visa Refusal!
During the midst of the pandemic I took a misstep with respect to my working holiday visa and this had a negative impact on my Training visa application which was refused by the Department. I was devasted and didn’t know what to do and sought advice from AHC Lawyers. They assisted to appeal my refusal to the Administrative Review Tribunal and though I had to wait more than two years for a hearing, today I am glad to say that we won and the Tribunal sent my matter back to the Department to decide.
