SC482 Granted by Overcoming GTE and PIC4014 Visa Ban
I would like to thank Jason and AHC Lawyers for my Skills in Demand Visa (SC482) visa. My matter is pretty complex as I was offshore and was met with some restrictions such as GTE and PIC4014. AHC Lawyers then took the time to assist, and from what I understand, involved submissions relating to prior immigration status. Now that my work-sponsored visa has been granted, I can pursue what truly matters to me professionally and deliver excellent work for my employer.
