NSW Skilled Migration Program Update for 2025-26
The New South Wales (NSW) Skilled Migration Program is ready to launch as soon as the Australian Government confirms the state and territory allocations. In the meantime, here are some things you should know:
The NSW and Regional NSW skills lists have been updated.
TSMIT/CSIT concession – Pathway 1 is now introduced for Skilled Work Regional Visa (Subclass 491).
Exception applies for SC491 – Pathway 3 – Direct Application, where an applicant’s entry to Australia was delayed due to Student Visa (Subclass 500) processing delays by the Department of Home Affairs (DoHA).
Nomination fees for SC491 and Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190) have increased to $363.
Invitations will be issued regularly, approximately every 2 to 3 weeks, until the allocation is exhausted.
