MATES Program (SC 403) 2025-26 Ballot Now Open!

Opportunity for Indian professionals to Australia! The Department of Home Affairs (DoHA) has officially opened the ballot for the 2025-26 Mobility Arrangement for Talented Early-professionals Scheme (MATES) program. This program stream is part of the Temporary Work (International Relations) (Subclass 403) visa, which offers a one of its kind opportunities for skilled Indian graduates and early-career professionals. 

 

Details You Must Know for MATES (Subclass 403) Ballot Process

  • Ballot Open Date: 1 November 2025 

  • Ballot Close Date: 14 December 2025 

  • Registration Fee: AUD 25 

  • Available Places: Up to 3,000 places annually 

  • Duration: Live and work in Australia for up to 2 years 

Selected applicants will be notified directly by the Department and invited to lodge a visa application.
