ART and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) to Increase Fees by 1 July 2025
Following the announcement of the Australian Citizenship fee increase and the CSIT/TSMIT/SSIT salary threshold increase by the new 2025-26, we now have an update on the fee increase for the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA).
Applicants who wish to appeal their decision to the ART or the FCFCOA on and/or after 1 July 2025 will be affected by the new increase in application fees. If you have a refused or a cancellation decision, consider speaking with an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law to assist with your complex visa matter.
