The Industry Labour Agreement (ILA) is a formal agreement between the Australian Government and the specific industry sector within fixed terms and conditions. You may wonder if your occupation is on the occupation list as a visa pathway option. Sponsoring employers who wish to utilise ILAs can sponsor skilled workers through these following visa programs:

Dairy Industry 

There is no ANZSCO code for these occupations, you can use the code 070499 when you nominate this occupation. 

  • ‘Senior Dairy Cattle Farm Worker’

Fishing Industry 

 

Meat Industry 

There is no ANZSCO code for these occupations, you can use the code 070499 when you nominate this occupation.
