ACM Prize in Computing
Sports or Arts Awards, such as:
Olympic Gold medal
Booker Prize
Pulitzer Prize
Sportswoman of the year
Awards, honours, or recognitions relevant to your field
Publications, research, or patents
Media articles or reports highlighting your achievement
Evidence of roles in prominent organisations or institutions
Citation metrics, citation reports, or impact factors (if applicable)
Invitations to speak at international conferences or at high-profile events
Memberships in prestigious or international professional bodies

Nominators’ Documents
A completed Nomination Form 1000.
Form 1000 signed by an eligible nominator (individual or organisation in Australia)
Evidence of the nominator’s status, such as Australian citizenship, permanent residency (PR), or eligible New Zealand citizenship
Evidence of the nominator’s recognition and reputation in the same field as you
Additional Supporting Documents (relevant to your field)
Evidence of your ability to finance and support your activities in Australia (if required)
Letters from organisations in Australia that show future employment or possible business opportunities
Your employment or business background
Must have at least functional English from primary applicant and secondary applicant(s) over 18 years old.
Health and Character
Evidence of health check
Police clearance certificates from countries where the primary applicant lived 12 months or more in the last 10 years
Military service records or discharge papers (if you served in the armed forces of any country)
If you are adding your family members as dependent(s) to your visa application:
Identity documents of each secondary applicant(s), such as passport, children's birth certificate and/or adoption papers (if applicable)
Police check of each secondary applicant(s) above 16 years of age
Marriage Certificate
Proof of de facto relationship, such as joint bank account statements, registered relationship by an Australian State or Territory etc.
Secondary applicant(s) under 18 years old will also require a completed Form 1229 or statutory declaration.
Dependent(s) over 18 and under 23 years old will also require additional documents such as:
Completed Form 47a
Proof of dependency such as, medical report and they are unable to support themselves due to physical or cognitive limitations.
